Welcome to Amish Hearts

Welcome to Amish Hearts blog!  Today is our 'official' launch.  Four authors...four unique voices!  And everything Amish!  Please take a moment to read about each author writing in this fabulous sub-genre.  We would love for you to subscribe.  Each author will be posting weekly - Beth on Mondays, Kathleen on Wednesdays, Barbara on Fridays, and Amy is our weekend gal.  We will announce book releases and have frequent giveaways.

I am like all of the other bloggers, cannot wait for each of your books to be released. I am always ready for the next "dose" before I even finish the book I am reading. I have not yet read any of the other authors, but will be going to my favorite bookstore to find and/or order their books. I too agree that this is a good way to find other authors who write about the Amish. Maybe now I won't have "dry months" where no new releases are forthcoming.

I think it is a wonderful idea to create a place find out new things about not one but four authors who write about such and interesting subject. I will be looking forward to seeing when the other books come out. I agree with Janet who wrote that you should write faster. Although I know how hard you work writing and I am sure it is not an easy job coming up with the story, I tend to be a tad impatient. I don't want to wait till the next one comes out. But maybe with four writers there will be something to do in between reading your books. Looking forward to checking out the other books.

A great big Thank You, to the four of you. How wonderful it is to see all of you join together for a great cause, your love of writing, and our love of reading. It will be so much easier to have one place to come to get information from the four of you.

I wait anxiously for the new books to come out and have thought of not reading one till all in a series is available. I am just so addicted to them, I can not wait. I feel like I should call a family member for an update on a character, but there is no one to call. lol I wish each of you could publish a new book each month, alternately.

I do not mean to criticize and I hope I am not the only one having problems, but can you make the font larger, on this page? It is hard for me to read the white words on the dark background. I have to highlight them. I do not mind doing that, just thought I would bring it up, incase others have the same problem I am having. If they are, just use your mouse, left click and it brings it to a lighter background with dark words.

I think I better add more shelves to my, Shelfari Bookcase, on my blog.

    God’s many blessings to all,
    Barbee

Amish fiction has become one of my favorite reads, and Plain Perfect was wonderful! I received an Amazon Kindle as a present back in September, and I was delighted to find Plain Perfect in Kindle format! I have all of the upcoming Amish books on my wish list, and I hope the publisher makes them all available on the Kindle. Being able to make the font larger makes the books so easy to read.
